Roofing Marketing & SEO
SEO for Roofers Who Are Tired of Waiting on Hail
We build the search presence that brings roofing work in between storms, and we write it so your own website is not the thing that gets you reported. A Texas team working with roofers across East DFW, all of Texas, and nationwide.

The Real Problem
You Do Not Have a Slow Season.
You Have a Feast and Famine Cycle.
Most roofing owners we talk to are not short on crews or skill. They are short on work that does not arrive attached to a storm.
Hail comes through. For six weeks the phone will not stop, and a good share of those roofs go to a magnet sign on an out-of-state truck that knocked the door before you got there. Then it stops. The crew you staffed up has nothing to do in September.
The roofers who get off that cycle are the ones a homeowner can find on an ordinary Tuesday in October, in the search results, on the map, and in the answer when somebody asks an AI assistant who to call. That is a setup problem, and setup problems are fixable.

Storm chasers own your street
Within two days of a storm there are canvassers on every porch in your area. They do not live here and will not be around for the warranty. They got there first because nobody searched, somebody just answered the door.

Paying for marketing with nothing to point at
Every month you pay somebody and get a report nobody can read, with nothing connecting it to a signed contract. If you have ever searched your vendor's name plus the word reviews, you know the feeling.

Copy that could get you reported
Somebody wrote your site and it says you will handle the claim and fight for every dollar owed. In Texas that phrasing is the problem, because your website counts as advertising under the rules.

AI hands your competitor the job
A homeowner asks ChatGPT or Google who to call about a damaged roof and gets three names. Yours is not one, because the sources those tools read have never mentioned you.

Found for your name, not your trade
You rank for your company name, not for roof replacement or hail damage inspection in your city. The ready-to-book searches go to whoever does.

A site that dies on a phone
Built for a desktop years ago. The homeowner standing in the driveway looking at missing shingles opens it on a phone, waits, and taps back to the next roofer.

Roofing SEO, Explained
What Roofing SEO Is, How Long It Takes, and What It Costs
Straight answers before you spend a dollar. No jargon, no setup games.

What roofing SEO is
Roofing SEO is the work of getting your company to show up when a property owner searches for roof repair or replacement in your area: in the regular Google results, in the map pack, and now in AI answers from tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
For roofing it covers four things: service pages for the work you sell, city pages that prove you serve a place, a Google Business Profile that survives a storm surge in reviews, and content written to be quoted rather than skimmed. That last one matters more here than in other trades, because most of the decision happens while the owner is still researching whether the damage is claimable.

How long it takes
Plan on 3 to 6 months for early traction and 6 to 12 months for substantial growth. SEO compounds. It does not switch on.
Roofing adds a wrinkle: the spike is short and unpredictable. Start in April because hail just hit and you are building during the only weeks you did not need help. The roofers who win the next storm started in the fall.
Anyone guaranteeing page one in 90 days is selling something Google itself says cannot be guaranteed.

What it costs
Our plans start at $1,499 a month, published on the site and month to month, with websites from $4,999 one time. Every price is on our pricing page before you talk to anyone.
For context, not a competitor comparison: Ahrefs surveyed 439 providers and found local SEO averages $1,557 a month, with all SEO work averaging $2,917. SE Ranking surveyed 260 agencies and found 64% charge under $1,000 a month, a very different picture from a sample that leans toward freelancers. Both are true. Who got surveyed decides the answer.
No setup games, no long-term contracts, and a free audit during your consult so you know what you actually need.

What We Do for Roofing Companies
Everything Built to Bring You More Qualified Calls
We design your site on Wix Studio, get it ranking on Google and in the map pack, optimize your Google Business Profile, and put your company in front of AI search. We work with owner-run roofing businesses across East DFW, Texas, and the trades nationwide. Since 2024, that work adds up to 325+ websites built, GBP profiles optimized, and SEO programs delivered.

Framework
Our Search-to-Service System
We find the money before we spend yours. We map the real demand in your market first, then build four connected layers around it. In roofing the first layer carries more weight than it does anywhere else, because your search demand disappears for months at a time.

Market Intelligence First

The Roofing Year
The Work You Get in June Was Decided Last October
Roofing demand is not seasonal the way HVAC is. It is event-driven, and the event does not check your marketing calendar first.
Texas is the most hail-exposed roofing market in the country and it is not close. State Farm alone paid $1.4 billion on Texas hail claims in 2025, more than any other state and up more than 27% year over year. NOAA logged 5,432 hail events nationally in 2025, with Texas among the highest.
That is the strategic problem in one paragraph. Enormous demand, concentrated into a few unpredictable weeks, and rankings that take months to build. You cannot start ranking after the storm.
Typical North Texas roofing demand
March to June
The surge. Inspections spike and out-of-area canvassers arrive. Rankings you already hold are what pay here.
July to February
Backlog, then quiet. Aging replacements, wind and freeze work, commercial bids. This is when the base gets built.
Start in the fall and you are already ranking when the cycle turns. Start in April because hail just hit, and you are building during the only weeks you did not need the help. Meta ads carry replacement and financing demand through the months in between.

Run Your Numbers
What Could a Steady Month Be Worth to Your Shop?
Two inputs and a plan. A rough estimate from your own numbers, not a promise.

Proof, Not Promises
We Do Not Have a Roofing Case Study Yet. Here Is What We Do Have.
Straight answer first: we have not published a roofing result, because we will not attach a client's name to a number without their permission and we will not borrow another trade's numbers and call them roofing. What we can show you is a full twelve months of the same system running in a DFW home services company, with the numbers pulled off the actual dashboards.

4x
Revenue versus the prior year
What the business did with the demand. Marketing built the top of the funnel, not the whole result.
What transfers to roofing and what does not.
The SEO, the profile management, and the AI visibility work are the same engine and they apply directly. Local Services Ads apply too, and roofing is in Google's first migration wave. What does not transfer is the shape of the demand. Plumbing is a steady emergency business. Roofing is a storm business with long quiet stretches, so the timeline looks different and the content mix leans harder on research-stage questions. We would rather say that than pretend the numbers map one to one.
And the honest limit.
Revenue has more inputs than marketing: crews, capacity, pricing, and an owner who answers the phone. We claim the demand side, which is the visits, the rankings, and the 9,291 leads. The 4x is what the business did with them.

What we can say about our own work
We are a Wix Icon Partner, which is the top partner tier, we have been building for the trades since September 2024, and you own your website and your Wix account from day one. The full delivery count is in the services section above, stated once and stated plainly.

What we will not do
No invented metrics, no stock photos passed off as job photos, no anonymous case studies with numbers nobody can check, and no client's name attached to a result without written permission. If a claim on this page is not sourced, it is not on this page.

What you get instead of a promise
A free website, SEO, and AI search audit before you commit, published pricing you can read without a call, and a monthly report tied to calls and booked work. If we do not think SEO is your best first move, we will say so.

Stand Out, Don't Blend In
Every Roofer Says the Same Six Things. We Make You Different.
Pull up five roofing sites in your market. They all promise the same things in almost the same words. To a homeowner comparing three companies, and to an AI engine comparing them, that reads as noise. We build your pages around what is actually true and different about you.
What we build instead
Name the storm you worked
"We replaced 140 roofs in Rockwall County after the March hail" is a sentence no template can write. A neighbor believes it and an AI engine can quote it.
Show the tear-off, not the finish
Anyone can photograph a finished roof. Decking, flashing, and ventilation are what separate a real crew from one that shingled over a problem.
Put the warranty in writing
Term, what voids it, who honors it if you sell. Most sites say "warranty included" and stop. Publishing the terms is a competitive act.
Prove you will be here in ten years
Local address, years in the county, RCAT license, manufacturer certifications, real crew names. In a market full of out-of-state trucks, permanence sells.
Say what you do not do
"We do not knock doors after storms" builds more trust than another guarantee badge. Owners have been burned. Naming what you refuse lands.
Cover the research questions
Is my roof actually damaged. Repair or replace. Those searches happen weeks before the inspection call, trigger AI answers, and almost no local roofer covers them.
Sounds like everyone
Free estimates
Licensed and insured
Locally owned and operated
Quality workmanship
We work with all insurance companies
Satisfaction guaranteed
All true, all expected, and one of them is a phrase we would rewrite before it goes live. If this is all your site says, you blend right in.

What Makes Us Different
Why Roofing Owners Work With Us
There is no shortage of companies that will sell a roofing shop a website. Most of them will sell you the same one they sold a dentist. Here is what is actually different.
We are a family-owned, faith-built shop in Caddo Mills, and we treat your business the way we would want ours treated: no fine print, no games, and a straight answer even when it is not the one that sells.

How We Compare
PxlPerfect vs. The usual options
General category comparison based on published terms and common practice in this market, not a claim about any specific company. Check any provider's own terms before you sign.

No Games, No Hype
Straight Talk on Results
We will not promise your roofing company the number-one spot in three months. Nobody can, and Google says so plainly: no one can guarantee rankings. Anyone who guarantees a specific position is either guessing or not being straight with you.
Realistically you will see early traction in 3 to 6 months and substantial growth in 6 to 12. Roofing adds one more variable nobody controls, which is the weather. A quiet storm season means the surge traffic does not arrive, and a bad one means it arrives all at once. What the work does is make sure that whenever it comes, and in all the months when it does not, you are the roofer who shows up.
What You Can Count On

Honest work and a clear plan built around your services and the counties you actually cover.

Early traction in the first few months, with the bigger compounding gains landing in the 6 to 12 month window.

Straight answers about your market, even when the honest one is not the one that sells.

Reporting that leads with calls and booked roofs, and still shows you rankings, map position, traffic, and AI mentions.

A read on your existing website's legal language before we touch a word of the marketing.

What Happens After You Reach Out
No Pressure. No Hard Sell. Here Is How It Goes.
Four steps from first hello to a phone that rings with roofing work you actually want.
01
Reach Out
Call and a real person answers, or send the form. You hear back within minutes during business hours, or first thing the next business morning. No phone tree and no waiting days for a callback.
02
Free Scope Call
Thirty minutes on your company, your counties, and the work that carries your margin. We run a free website, SEO, and AI search audit, and while we are in there we read your current site's language against the Texas advertising rules. No pitch. You decide what happens next.
03
Onboarding and Research
Once you are on board we dig in: a full technical audit, the market and keyword research behind Our Search-to-Service System, your storm-cycle timing, and a hard look at the roofers you actually lose jobs to. You come away knowing exactly which searches we are going after and why.
04
Build and Launch
We design your site, write every word, and hand it over for your review before anything goes live. Then whatever growth work you chose kicks in: SEO, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, Meta ads. You get a clear report every month so you can watch it build.

Yes. We build for owner-run roofing businesses of every size, from one crew to a multi-crew operation. The entry tier is priced so a smaller shop can carry it, and the plan grows as the work grows. If your revenue is under about $200,000 a year we will usually tell you a full program is not your best first move yet, and point you at a website you own and a properly optimized Google profile instead.
Yes. East DFW is our home base, but we work with roofing companies all over Texas and across the country. Everything is handled online, so your location is not a limitation. The one thing to know is that the advertising rules we are deepest on are Texas rules. If you are in another state we will apply the same discipline and tell you plainly which parts you should confirm with a local attorney.
Usually not. We build on Wix Studio, so if you are already on Wix we work inside your account and improve what you have, and you keep your history, your domain, and your rankings. Our SEO plans are also open to sites we did not build. We start with a free pre-engagement audit, and if your current site has technical problems blocking SEO we will show you exactly what they are and quote any fixes separately before a retainer begins. We are not going to take money for SEO on a site we cannot rank.
No long-term contracts. Every monthly plan runs month to month with 30 days written notice. Website builds are a one-time project with 50% at kickoff and 50% at completion. The only commitment with a fixed term anywhere in what we sell is the three-month launch phase on Meta Ads, because the campaign needs that long to learn before the numbers mean anything, and we tell you that before you start rather than after.
No honest company can promise a specific Google ranking, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Google states plainly that no one can guarantee rankings. What we promise is real work, straight reporting, and a plan built around the searches that actually bring roofing jobs. If a specific ranking claim is what you are shopping for, we are not the right fit and we would rather say that now.
Roofers get named in AI answers by being the source those tools trust: clear answer-first content on the website, a complete and accurate Google Business Profile, real reviews, and mentions on the third-party sites the engines read. Google has published its own guidance on this and it is blunt about two things: there is no special schema markup required to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, and llms.txt files get no special treatment. We still ship an llms.txt for the engines that do use one, we just do not sell it as a Google play. Most of the work that actually moves AI visibility happens off your website.
No. Texas does not issue a state roofing license, and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation does not regulate roofing contractors. The licensing bill that would have changed that, HB 3344, died in the House Calendars committee when the 89th Legislature's session ended on June 2, 2025. The Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, which backed the bill, told its own members exactly that.
The confusion is understandable. The bill text carried a September 2025 effective date, an April 2026 rulemaking deadline, and a June 2026 date for the state to start issuing licenses. Those were the plan. The plan never took effect, and Texas has now failed to pass roofer licensing in 2019 and again in 2025. What is real is RCAT's voluntary license, which requires a Texas-domiciled business, references, proof of financial responsibility, a technical exam, and annual continuing education. If you hold it, feature it, because most of your competition does not. City-level contractor registration in places like Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin is separate and does apply to you.
No, and this is the single most common problem we find on Texas roofing sites. The Texas Department of Insurance states that a roofer cannot act as a public insurance adjuster on a claim where they are also doing the work, and cannot advertise that they would. TDI specifically names offering to negotiate settlements, promising to recover every dime you are owed, and advertising help avoiding incorrect settlement pricing as improper. The Texas Administrative Code defines an advertisement to include a website, so this applies to your homepage. We rewrite that language into something that converts just as well and does not create the exposure.
Our plans start at $1,499 a month and websites start at $4,999 one time, with every price published on our pricing page. For market context, Ahrefs surveyed 439 providers and found local SEO averages $1,557 a month, while SE Ranking surveyed 260 agencies and found 64% charge under $1,000. Those two numbers disagree because the samples differ, and the disagreement is the useful part. There are no setup games and no long-term contracts, and you get a free audit during your consult so you know what you actually need before you buy anything.
Expect early traction in 3 to 6 months and substantial growth in 6 to 12, the same two milestones as any trade. Roofing has one extra variable: the weather. A quiet storm season means the surge traffic simply does not arrive that year. That is exactly why the timing matters. Starting in the fall means you are already ranking when the spring cycle turns, instead of starting the work during the only weeks you did not need it.
Google is moving Local Services Ads out of their own dashboard and into Google Ads as a pay-per-lead Performance Max campaign, and roofing is named in the first migration wave that began in August 2026. Placement and the pay-per-lead model stay the same. What changes is where you log in, how budgets and bidding work, and one thing that catches people out: your historical LSA performance reports do not transfer. Export them before your migration date. Google gives about 14 days notice. We handle the move, the settings, and the lead rating so the automated credits actually land.
No. On October 20, 2025 Google retired Google Guaranteed, Google Screened, and License Verified by Google and replaced all three with a single blue Google Verified badge, and the money-back guarantee that came with the old badge was discontinued. This one is worth checking on your own site, because a lot of roofing pages still say Google Guaranteed. So do a lot of AI answers, which is a good reminder that the tools quoting your industry are not always current.
They work for the part of roofing that search cannot reach. Search catches the owner who already knows they have a problem, which in roofing means the weeks after a storm. Meta creates demand in the eight or nine months when nobody is searching at all: the twenty-year-old roof, the financing offer, the gutter and siding add-on. That is why it is Layer 00 of Our Search-to-Service System rather than an afterthought, and why roofing leans on it harder than plumbing or HVAC do. Our management fee is flat, never a percentage of your ad spend, your budget is paid to Meta directly from your own account with no markup, and campaigns carry a three-month launch phase to season the pixel before running month to month.
