PxlPerfect Designs LLC ("PxlPerfect," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through pxlperfectdesigns.com (the "Site") and when you communicate with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, call, text, or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, the services you are interested in, and the contents of your message. If you become a client, we also collect information needed to deliver services and process payments. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. The Site collects certain information automatically through cookies and similar technologies provided by our website platform (Wix), including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and general location such as city. We use this in aggregate to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. See Section 5.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and hold consultations, provide and improve our services, send service-related communications such as scheduling confirmations, project updates, and billing notices, send marketing communications you have opted in to receive, keep business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the security of the Site.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile phone number to send the message types described in the SMS section of our Terms of Service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing mobile information with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP or contacting us at pxlperfectdesigns@gmail.com or 903-751-3757.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in these situations:
Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business, including our website platform (Wix), our customer relationship management and messaging platform, and our payment processor (Stripe). These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PxlPerfect, our clients, or others.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site runs on Wix, which places cookies for essential functions like security, for site functionality, and for analytics that show us aggregate visitor statistics. We use Wix's built-in analytics. We do not run third-party advertising pixels or ad-network cookies on the Site. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner on the Site and through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business and financial records as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Email: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email. Text messages: reply STOP to any text to opt out. Access, correction, and deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing pxlperfectdesigns@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time.
Texas residents: PxlPerfect operates as a small business under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We do not sell personal data of any kind, including sensitive personal data. Residents of other states: where applicable state privacy laws grant you rights over your personal information, contact us and we will honor requests as required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites, such as review platforms. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
