Built in East DFW · Run for Trades Nationwide
Local Service Ads Management for Home Service Trades
Flat-rate management of your Google Local Service Ads and the Google Business Profile they rely on. You own the accounts, Google bills your ad spend to your card, and your investment stays flat within a published tier, never a percentage. Built in East DFW for local service businesses, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing companies nationwide.

Sound Familiar?
Why Contractors Give Up on Local Service Ads
Most owners who shut their ads off had one of three experiences, and none of them is the platform's fault. The right settings, a covered phone, and a clear view of lead quality can make the difference.
The Junk-Lead Bill
Spam and wrong-service calls hit your invoice. Google no longer credits leads for a job type or area you do not serve, so the fix lives in your settings, not in a dispute form that no longer exists.
The Set-and-Forget Shop
Someone switched the ads on, billed a percentage of your spend, and never touched the Google Business Profile the ads rank on.
The Phone Nobody Answered
Google says missed calls can hurt your responsiveness, and from October 1, 2026 some missed calls become billable leads.
Those are management problems we work through with you. We check where your leads come from, including calls from your Google Business Profile, which leads your team marked as booked, and where your budget needs attention.

The Straight Answer
What Local Service Ads Are, and What Changed in 2025 and 2026
The short answer
Local Service Ads management, or LSA management, means we manage your Google pay-per-lead campaign and the Google Business Profile connected to it. Ours is $999 to $1,449 per month by ad budget tier, plus a one-time $249 to $449 setup, and that covers both. You pay Google directly for ad spend with zero markup, and you own every account.
Google Local Service Ads, or LSAs, can place your business at the very top of Google search results, above standard Google Ads and the map pack. The ads show your business name, reviews, service information, and ways to get in touch. You pay per lead rather than per click, although a billed contact is not necessarily a booked job.
Each profile carries a Google Verified badge that tells searchers Google checked your background, license, and insurance.

One Badge, No More Guarantee
Google folded three older badges into a single blue Google Verified badge. We keep your profile current with the badge that exists today, not the one that retired.

Google Verified
The money-back guarantee that came with Google Guaranteed ended with the badge change. Your verified status now rides on background, license, and insurance checks, and it carries over automatically when your account moves to Google Ads.
August 2026
LSAs move into Google Ads
The standalone LSA dashboard is retiring. Accounts are being migrated into Google Ads as pay-per-lead Performance Max campaigns. Same pay-per-lead. Same top spots on Search and Maps.
Aug 2026:
plumbing, HVAC, electrical first
Late 2026:
service-area businesses
2027: everyone else
New underneath: weekly budgets become daily averages, manual bidding retires, and BBB callouts go away. Your Google Verified badge carries over with no reverification.
One change bites multi-trade shops hardest: Google Ads does not support a separate cost target for each trade inside one campaign. If you bid differently on plumbing leads than on HVAC leads today, keeping that control takes separate campaigns, and we rebuild that structure for you. Google also says to allow up to two weeks for performance to settle after your account moves.
One deadline that bites: past LSA performance reports do not carry over. If they are not exported before your migration date, they are gone. We download and archive your full LSA history for every client before Google moves the account.
October 1, 2026
Some missed calls become billable
Google has notified advertisers that a missed call during business hours is charged as a valid lead when the caller stays on the line more than 20 seconds, with some exceptions. If your phone system makes callers press a key to reach a department, the clock starts after the key press, and a caller who never presses one is not charged.
Follow-up calls can also be charged when the first call did not qualify. Google describes the change as rewarding responsive businesses and says new spam safeguards come with it. Google announced this by email. As of September 20, 2026, its public How leads work page still shows the older valid-lead list, so we re-check it every month.
What we do about it: we match your ad schedule to the hours your phones are actually covered, review your call routing, and pull your missed-call numbers every month so an unanswered phone never quietly becomes a line item.

Your Investment
Published Pricing, Flat Within Your Tier
Flat within your budget tier, never a percentage of your spend. Every tier covers your Google Business Profile and your Local Service Ads together.
Month 1: Build and Verify
Google verification typically takes three to four weeks.
Month 2: Learn
Google says to allow about two weeks to settle, then a first full month of data.
Month 3: Baseline
Answer rate, lead quality, budget, and tier confirmed.
Then: Month to Month
30 days written notice. No new term, ever.
How Your Tier Is Set
By your trailing 90-day average of Google-billed LSA charges, net of credits, reviewed quarterly. A move up comes with 30 days written notice, one tier at a time. A move down is automatic. New accounts start at Starter, unless your starting budget or your existing Google-billed LSA history already sits in a higher tier. Then you start in the tier that matches.
The Success Agreement
A 3-month Launch Phase, then month to month with 30-day cancellation. It never re-commits you. An Early Transition Fee applies if you exit early, capped at your remaining Launch Phase payments and printed on your proposal.
Every engagement starts with Our Search-to-Service System, our market-demand research. We are a family-owned, faith-built shop in Texas, and we treat your money like it is ours. $1,000 per month minimum LSA budget. See every service on our pricing page, and pair this with Meta Ads or a website built for the trades.

The Division of Labor
Who Does What, in One Look
Most of the campaign work is on us. Your team owns four daily habits, and we coach you on each. A strong LSA profile still needs someone to answer the phone and record what happened next.

We Handle It
Categories, service types, service area, ad schedule, and an accurate Google Business Profile
Budget paced to your demand, season, and crew capacity
Your Google Business Profile: photos, callouts, posts, and review responses

We Do it Together
Google verification: you gather the documents, we submit and manage the three to four week process
The monthly numbers: we report what happened, you adjust operations

Yours, Coached by Us
Answer every lead promptly while your ads are on, including evenings and weekends when your team has phone coverage
Use lead notifications if they help you follow up quickly, and log hang-ups and missed calls so you can see patterns
Rate poor leads honestly and mark real ones Booked, then Completed. Google says those updates help its systems optimize your campaign
Ask every customer for a review after job completion, not only the happy ones. We coach the timing and the wording, and can suggest software that sends the request when the job closes

The Owner's Field Guide
You are never doing your part alone: the Owner's Field Guide explains each step in plain English, and we coach your team until all four are habit.

Run Your Own Math
What a Local Service Ads Lead Costs in Your Trade
Nobody honest can promise you a cost per lead or cheaper leads. These published benchmarks help you compare ad spend with your average ticket, conversion rates, and likely job value. For a clearer picture, compare your own revenue from completed jobs against the cost of the leads that produced them. Those revenue figures stay with you; we never need them.

$1,000 - $2,499 a Month
About 16 to 40 leads at $63 a lead. Fewer for roofing, more for electrical.
$2,500 - $4,999 a Month
About 40 to 79 leads at $63 a lead.
$5,000 - $9,999 a Month
About 79 to 159 leads at $63 a lead.
Lead counts use the May 2026 blended benchmark of $63.29 per lead. Benchmark arithmetic, not a projection or a quote: third-party national figures per unique lead, from samples that skew toward larger shops, all before the October 1 missed-call change. The $1,000 monthly minimum is our floor, not Google's. Below it, management would cost more than your ads. Google says to consider a cost target only above 15 leads a month.

Straight Answers
Local Service Ads Questions, Answered
Straight answers. No salesperson runaround. More on our FAQ page.
These are different kinds of paid media. Local Service Ads appear at the top of Google search results with a Google Verified badge when someone needs a nearby provider, and you pay per lead. Standard Google Ads send a visitor to a landing page, and you pay per click whether or not that visitor ever contacts you. Both now live inside the same Google Ads account, but a pay-per-lead campaign has no keywords, no ad copy, and serves only on Search and Maps. We run Local Service Ads and do not offer standard Google Ads, because a click is not a lead.
Yes. In October 2025, Google replaced the Google Guaranteed, Google Screened, and License Verified badges with one Google Verified badge, and it discontinued the money-back guarantee that came with Google Guaranteed. Your ads still run the same way, and your verified status carries over automatically when your account moves into Google Ads. If you see the old Google Guaranteed badge named in older advice, treat it as historical. The current Google badge for this program is Google Verified.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Local Service Ads rank in an auction nobody outside Google controls, and Google itself says no one can guarantee placement. What we commit to is published pricing, your ownership of every account, honest benchmarks, and a monthly report that shows leads, cost per lead, and booked work in plain English. We report on calls, including calls from your Google Business Profile, and on the leads your team marks Booked and Completed. Rankings and lead volume also depend on competition, demand, and how quickly your team responds.
A verified Google Business Profile is required to run these campaigns, so if yours is suspended your ads will not run, and fixing it is the first thing we do. We handle verification and reinstatement as part of setup, then keep the profile healthy. After the migration this matters even more, because Google says a significant name, address, or primary category edit can pause your campaign while it reviews.
Yes. Local Service Ads work for plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, and roofers. All four are eligible home service categories, and Google put plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing in the first wave of its Google Ads migration. They fit trades whose customers need someone now. Costs differ by trade, with electrical leads running lowest and roofing leads highest in the 2026 benchmarks, so we set your budget and tier around your trade, not a blended average. Multi-location businesses may need separate campaign planning by trade or territory.
No. Local Service Ads do not show inside AI Overviews or AI Mode. Google documents that pay-per-lead campaigns serve only on Google Search and Google Maps, in the same ad positions as before. The smarter play is to hold the LSA spot and build the organic and AI visibility underneath it, which runs on the same profile, reviews, and listing consistency. That is the work behind our local SEO and AI search optimization services.
There is a 3-month Launch Phase, and then you are month to month with 30-day cancellation. We call it the Success Agreement because that is what it protects: new accounts typically spend three to four weeks in Google verification, Google says a campaign needs about two weeks to settle, and it takes a full month or two of answered calls, rated leads, and new reviews before the numbers mean anything. It never re-commits you to another block. If you exit during the Launch Phase, a clearly defined Early Transition Fee applies, always capped at your remaining Launch Phase payments, and it is printed on your proposal before you sign. The verification process and the early learning curve are why we start with that Launch Phase. We review the business hours, service area, and lead flow with your team as the campaign gets going.
Your tier follows what Google actually bills you, so it only changes when your real spend does, not the budget cap you set. We look at your trailing 90-day average of Google-billed LSA charges, net of credits, once a quarter. A move up comes with 30 days written notice and never jumps more than one tier at a time, and a move down applies automatically the next month. New accounts start at Starter, unless your starting budget or your existing Google-billed LSA history already sits in a higher tier. Then you start in the tier that matches. Within a tier your investment is flat, never a percentage of your spend. Your LSA account stays in your name. We track cost against Google-billed charges and review the budget set for your service area, rather than charging a share of your ad spend.
Starting October 1, 2026, yes, in some cases. Google has notified advertisers that a missed call during business hours is charged as a valid lead when the caller stays on the line more than 20 seconds, with some exceptions, and that the timer starts after the key press if your phone system uses a menu. Google announced this by email and had not updated its public help page as of September 20, 2026, so we re-check it monthly. It is the reason every tier includes missed-call tracking and an ad schedule matched to your real phone coverage.
You cannot file a dispute anymore; Google removed manual disputes in 2024. Google's systems now review charged leads and issue credits automatically, and you rate poor leads through the feedback tool in your lead inbox. Google says it may occasionally credit leads you report, not that it will. One honest caveat: leads for a job type or an area you do not serve are no longer credited, which is why the settings work we do at setup matters. We help you review lead quality and adjust the specific services and service area on your profile. Our lead-credit coaching is not a manual dispute management service, and a poor lead rating does not guarantee a credit.
You pay Google per lead, not per click, and the cost depends on your trade, market, and season. Published 2026 benchmarks put the blended home-services figure at $53 per lead in February and $63.29 in May, with electrical lowest and roofing highest. Our management investment is separate: $999, $1,249, or $1,449 per month depending on your budget tier, with a $249 to $449 one-time setup, and it includes your Google Business Profile management.
For most home service companies, yes, when the phone gets answered. In a May 2026 benchmark of 1,011 home service businesses, about four of every ten unique LSA leads booked an appointment, a 40.9% book rate. They are worth the least when calls go unanswered, reviews are thin, or the profile underneath is neglected, which is the part we run. For a business owner, the useful measure is how many contacts become booked jobs. Your team marks each lead Booked and then Completed in the lead inbox, and we report on those statuses alongside the calls your Google Business Profile generates, so you can weigh the results against your own ticket sizes. We never need access to your CRM or your revenue.

Ranking Factors
How Google Decides Which Local Service Ads Show First
Google ranks Local Service Ads with an auction that weighs your bid and your overall profile quality. Bidding becomes automated as LSAs move into Google Ads. We focus on the profile details and lead handling we can influence, while search context and competition also affect visibility.
Rating and Review Count
Your star rating and how many reviews you have are part of what Google calls profile quality. Its pay-per-lead guidance says a steady stream of reviews directly improves ranking in local auctions.
Responsiveness
How reliably you answer calls and messages. Google says missed calls can hurt your responsiveness, and from October 1, 2026 some of them are billable too.
Search Context
What the customer searched, where they are, and what time it is. You cannot control any of it, which is why Google now says to set service areas broadly, a whole county and not ZIP by ZIP, within about a two-hour drive.
Photos and Verification
Use real, high-quality photos of your team and work, and keep your current licensing, insurance, and verification details accurate. Google names photos and completed checks among its profile-quality inputs.
Relevance
Your services, categories, and business bio help match your ads to relevant searches. We check the jobs you want, your coverage, and your profile details together so the ad reflects what you actually offer.
More Ways to Reach You
Turning on message and booking leads gives customers more ways to contact you, which Google says raises the odds of a lead on nights and weekends. Only worth it when someone actually answers them.
One Honest Note
No one can promise you the top LSA spot or a specific ranking. Google itself says no one can guarantee placement, and any shop that does is selling you something. What we control is the work that earns it.
